Holiday Beach is a small community about 10 minutes north of Rockport, Texas. This video is a drive through of the neighborhood on Monday August 28, 2017, two days after Hurricane Harvey made landfall. Winds were reported at 150 mph for about two hours with a 7-8 foot storm surge.
